About

Hello and welcome,

This is my private blog that covers my journey to building wealth through dividend growth investing. I got interested in investing mid 2011 and made my first investment in september 2011. My earliest purchases were MCD, JNJ, ABT and CVX.

I'm 22 23 years old and still in college, trying to get an Accounting degree. I love investing.  I get excited reading the annual report of a good business. Discovering how a company works, what is driving the return on equity, how the capitalization structure is put together. It is like intellectual candy for me.  It never gets old.

I plan to build a portfolio of 30-40 companies that consistently increase dividends. This blog will document my progress.

  3. Hey ED,
I just discovered your blog and have started browsing through all the posts, starting back in Jan 2013. Since I am your age and have a quite similar portfolio size, I find it more interesting than the majority of the blogs with people in their 30s with a 6 figure portfolio. Most of them are very insightful though.
I just read your post mentioning Silvester in Berlin and was about to ask if you are from Germany but then I saw the URL ;-) I live 30 minutes from the NL border.

  4. Hi,

Henry from Finimize here - we are interested in partnering with you. My colleague Nik recommended Exponential Dividends earlier today, and after having a closer look I believe your work in dividend stock investing very much aligns with what we do.

I believe your readers would benefit highly from our daily markets newsletter (2 major financial stories of the day, 3min read, no jargon) and vice versa. In this context I'd be keen to explore affiliate opportunities - we pay £1 for a sign-up to our free newsletter or introduce your blog to our audience.

Let me know if you are interested - happy to jump on a quick call / discuss via email.
